Neither Albany Law School, its licensors or their respective employees, agents or content providers warrant that the GLO web service will be uninterrupted or error free, nor do they make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from use of the GLO web site or as to the accuracy, reliability or content of any information or material hereby provided or do they warrant that any information, software or materials available on or accessible from this web site is free of viruses, worms, spyware, Trojan horses or any other malicious software.

Under no circumstances will Albany Law School or any of its licensors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages that result in any way from your use of or inability to use the GLO web site or your reliance on or use of information and materials provided on or accessible through the GLO web site, or that results from mistakes, omissions, interruptions, deletion of files, errors, defects, delays in operation or transmission, or any failure of performance.

You agree to indemnify and hold Albany Law School, its licensors and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, costs and expenses, including but not limited to reasonable attorney's fees, related to any violation of these terms and conditions by you.

Limitation of Liability
This is a disclaimer of liability. This disclaimer applies to any damages or injury caused by any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, “malware”, communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of record, whether for breach of contract, tortious behavior, negligence, or under any other cause of action. Albany Law School does not warrant that defects will be corrected or make any representations regarding the use or the results of the use of the materials in this site in terms of their correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise. User, and not Albany Law School, assumes the entire cost of all necessary servicing, repair or correction of downloaded materials. Applicable law may not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusion may not apply to you.

Change of Terms, Conditions or Disclaimers
Albany Law School shall have the right at any time to change or modify the terms, conditions and/or disclaimers applicable to use of the GLO web site or any portion thereof, or to impose new conditions and/or operating rules, including, but not limited to adding fees and charges for use. Such changes, modifications, additions or deletions shall be effective immediately upon notice thereof, which may be given by means including, but not limited to, posting on the GLO web site, or by electronic or conventional mail, or by any other means by which a GLO user obtains notice thereof. Site Status
Albany Law School shall have the right at any time, and without notice, to change, add, delete or discontinue any aspect, document or feature of the GLO web site, including, but not limited to content, hours of availability, and equipment needed for access or use.

User Conduct
User shall use the GLO web site for lawful purposes only. Any conduct by a user that in the sole discretion of Albany Law School that restricts or inhibits any other user from using or enjoying the GLO web site is not permitted and shall constitute a violation of these terms and conditions.

Proprietary Rights
The GLO web site contains copyrighted material, trademarks and other proprietary information, including, but not limited to, text, software, photos, video, graphics, music and sound. The entire contents of the GLO web site are copyrighted as a collective work under the U.S. copyright laws. Albany Law School owns a copyright in the selection, coordination, arrangement and enhancement of such content, as well as in the content original to it. In addition, Albany Law School or its licensors own a copyright in the individual documents and other items posted on the GLO web site. No GLO user may modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale, create derivative works, or in any way exploit, any of the GLO web site content, in whole or in part. A GLO user may download copyrighted material for their personal use only. Except as otherwise expressly permitted under copyright law, no copying, redistribution, retransmission, publication or commercial exploitation of downloaded material will be permitted without the express, prior written permission of Albany Law School or its licensor. In the event of any permitted copying, redistribution or publication of copyrighted material, no changes in or deletion of author attribution, trademark legend or copyright notice shall be made. All GLO users acknowledge that they do not acquire any ownership rights by downloading copyrighted material.
